Mitra (Maria) Heidari – Co-Founder & Experience Designer

Mitra (Maria) Heidari is a psychologist, author, educator, and tour experience designer with a lifelong passion for people, culture, and meaningful travel. With an international background spanning Iran, India, and Switzerland, she brings a unique perspective that combines professional knowledge with genuine human connection.

Maria believes that the most memorable journeys are not measured only by the places we visit, but by the experiences we share and the stories we carry home. Her vision for Zurich Day Tour is to create thoughtfully designed experiences that allow travelers to discover Switzerland at a relaxed pace while connecting with its landscapes, history, and local culture.

Together with Enver Muyoglu, Maria helped establish Zurich Day Tour as a company built on authenticity, professionalism, and heartfelt hospitality. While Enver contributes decades of practical expertise in Swiss tourism and transportation, Maria focuses on guest experience, storytelling, communication, and the thoughtful details that transform a simple day trip into a lasting memory.
