Although Zurich Day Tour is a newly established brand, the people behind it have spent more than forty years welcoming travelers from around the world through professional transport and tourism services. To many returning visitors, Enver is remembered not simply as a manager, driver, or guide, but as someone who goes the extra mile to make every journey safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Zurich Day Tour was created to bring that same personal approach into every experience we offer.
Dr. Mitra Heidari (Maria Muyoglu) - Operations & Quality Manager of Tecval GmbH
Dr. Mitra Heidari—known to our guests as Maria—is the Operations and Quality Manager of Zurich Day Tour, operated by Tecval GmbH. She oversees tour quality, guest experience, guide recruitment and training, and the continuing development of the company’s services and booking platforms.
Maria holds a PhD in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Psychology and has pursued advanced studies in psychotherapy, including Transactional Analysis and Jungian psychology. Before entering the field of psychology, she spent 15 years working as a teacher. This combination of education, psychology and international experience gives her a distinctive understanding of people, communication and cultural differences.
As an author, educator and experienced international traveller, Maria believes that a journey becomes meaningful when guests feel welcomed, informed and personally connected to the places they visit.
Maria guides in English and Persian, sharing the geography, history and cultural stories of Switzerland with warmth and enthusiasm. Her approach combines professional organization with genuine human care, helping guests feel supported from the beginning of their journey until their safe return home.
